"I had to have a drain unclogged two weeks ago and Jamie came out. He was extremely quick and did the work perfectly. He was very nice and professional. Today I had an emergency because my water heater burst and hot water was pouring out. I needed someone to come right away because Iâ m elderly And I did not know how to turn off the water. "Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasn’t really an option for us. I saw the reviews for the Crawlspace Medic and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision I could have made. Sharon, Paul and Stanley were great; they made the process very easy and efficient from the initial phone call to the installation. Paul came out to do the initial visit (11/14) and assured me he had seen much worse and his company had developed methods to do all the necessary repairs from underneath the house leaving the current bathroom intact. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs. "They were pretty decent. They were prompt and quick. We had a storm and it knocked a tree down in the road. I had to get it cleared. They came in and chopped that down and another smaller one out front. They hauled it all away. They gave me a really great price. They gave me a quote for some other jobs. I just haven't done them yet. They responded quickly and did their job well. I will use them again."
