"Daylight Solutions installed two Sun Tunnel skylights in my living room. During initial meeting, I expressed the need for more light so I could read in my living room. Sales person recommended the smaller tunnel, said the larger tunnel would provide too much light and glare on tv. Company was great about keeping me informed about time of installation. Very friendly and professional during install. There was no follow up by the company after install. I was disappointed with the amount of light provided by the skylights. I am not able to read in living room without turning on a light. (Which was the reason I wanted a skylights in the first place) I texted Daylight Solutions to ask if there was a difference diffuser which would provide more light. The response was no. My conclusion was the company was done with me and didn?t care if I was happy with their product or not. I was disappointed."
