"Mr. Rickard was prompt, courteous, and reasonable. He did exactly what he said he would do and took care not to disturb any parts of my property except where I asked him to grade. He carries in his huge trailer an amazing collection of mowers, trimmers, etc., so he's well prepared to deal with virtually any situation.
