He gets quite busy in the summertime, so it may take an extended time for him to address some of the larger issues, but usually can troubleshoot problems and advise me. I highly recommend him and his company."

He was hired to replace rotten wood and paint our 26 buildings (97 villas), pool/tennis building and guide rails on our bridge. The project was completed in 5 1/2 months and was an excellent job completed efficiently and effectively with minimum follow-up required. We will use his services again when this project has to be done again in 12-14 years. Paul and his on-site manager did a great job with the carpenter and painting crews to coordinate work on the project and complete it in the "off" season when tourists are at a low point.
