"Honest, efficient and professional. That about sums up Gerry and his crew. I own a house that I rent in Bluffton and a couple of months ago my tenant moved out and I had yet to re-rent it. My property management company kept telling me it was a down time, but it turns out my house was essentially destroyed inside. I do not live in the area so I was relying on them. Gerry went to my house for me, reported just how bad it was and provided me with an estimate for re-painting the entire inside of my house. Note it wasn’t just painting, there were some significant holes that needed fixing as well. I got quotes from three other companies, but for some reason I just felt most comfortable with Gerry. He was able to get my house done within a week. I fired my property management company and listed the house myself. I had six interested tenants within a week.
