"Master Homes replaced our kitchen countertops and the work was very disappointing. When the salesperson Mauro saw the pictures even he acknowledged this work was unacceptable and promised to find a contractor that could repair the damage. After hearing nothing back for some time, he told us that everyone was too busy and they would only be able to repair the poor work (in his own words!) for an extra fee. I would not recommend them unless you enjoy empty promises, extra fees, and poor workmanship."

"If you are reading this review, you must be thinking of using Bathkingz. Before deciding to utilize their services, read on and decide if this is the type of experience you want. I am leaving personal opinion and speculation out of this review, and just stating the facts. First, I give this company a one star, but it does not apply to the quality of work. After 19 days since the demo of our old shower started, we still do not have a working shower, so I can not comment on quality of work. Here are the facts of our situation and you can decide if you really want to use this company or not. In February, we agreed to let Bathkingz provide us with a new shower. We had a new construction house, and were told quite a few times by them 2-3 days after material arrived to complete the job. We also told them we wanted to move into house in mid April, and they assured us there would be ample time to get the material in and get shower completed before we moved in. In Early April we contacted them to see how things were progressing and we were assured around April 9th our material would arrive. On April 10th, a team came out and started demo on our old shower. It looked like everything would be done in time for us to hire a painter and move in around mid April as planned. On April 14th, the crew came out and started the installation of new shower, this continued on the 15th. The crew only works a few hours a day and the speed in which they moved did not leave us a lot of hope that the shower would be completed before April 16th as we had a painter scheduled on 16th and we were scheduled to move in on 18th with a moving company. So we decided to ask one of the crew members how long it would take as we were told 2-3 days. They told us never 2-3 days, and maybe by end of week. So we ended up postponing the Painter and we were able to get the moving company to agree to move us on Monday April 21st thinking at least the shower would be done. On the 17th the crew only worked for a few hours, and on April 18th one person came out to install the shower head. That was last work that has been done on our shower. Since we moved in on the 21st and it was Easter, we decided to wait till Tuesday the 22nd to contact Bathkingz to see what was going on. We were informed that there was some material that was damaged in transit, and that the manufacturer was expediting shipping of the material and it should arrive by end of week. That was the first we heard of that. So we patiently waited until end of week, hoping we would hear something, and of course we did not, so on Monday, April 28, we reached out once again to Bathkingz and was told the parts department verified the material was delivered in, but that needed to be verified. So the owner does not trust his own parts department, but somehow expects everyone to trust him. It is now Tuesday morning April 29th. It has been 19 days we have been living without a shower. In addition, they have left material and the shower doors in my garage, and we can not put a car in the garage because of this.We still have no idea if and when our shower will be completed, and only get vague communications with no follow up as to when the shower will be completed. I decided to try this method to see if we can get a more definitive answer as to when our shower will be completed. Randy, I see you read and respond to reviews, so you stated your crew needed 1 more full day to complete the shower. I am planning on updating this review everyday with what has happened the previous 24 hours, and if you want to show your company is better than a 1 star company, just respond to this review with when our shower will be completed by"

"So it is a Holiday weekend (Xmas 2022) and I was provided by the Carolina Creations team the best customer service that in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected. My pool pump stopped working and with the weather that is forecasted and being a new pool owner I probably panicked a little. So I called the main number and selected the after hours number and left a message around 12:15PM and received a call within 5 minutes. From that point I received communication from 5 different Carolina Creations team members checking to make sure that someone had reached out to me. Two of the five team members were on vacation, first time ever for that. So to make this long story short within 2 hours of my original call my pool pump was fixed and my stress relieved. If this is the type of service they provide how could anyone go anywhere else for their pool or landscaping needs. Carolina Creations you should be very proud of your team. "Darryl and his nephew did great work again, even as we added more to the remodel he made time to do the work. He replaced some of the sub flooring where I had weak spots, all new flooring and baseboard with accent. He also ripped out my old sliding glass door and replaced it with French doors that I bought which he also picked up for me. He will be doing my guest bathroom shower next."
