Mr. Sizemore texted me before he arrived, showed up on time, gave me an estimate, far better than previous estimates I had gotten, and even said he had the materials to do the repair job right then. He went to work, replaced 15 boards on my fence, cleaned up and was finished in about 20 minutes. I was completely amazed. My neighbors saw him working, and both immediately asked him to do some work for them as well. He was very friendly and took multiple forms of payment, so that made that part easy. "John did another amazing job! Hands down. We have used John 3 separate times just in the last 4 months. In truth, I believe some of these projects may have been delayed except for the fact that we were so pleased with his service that we decided to move forward with completing as much as we could. John has painted our lake house, a commercial business and now a house we are preparing for sale. All of which were done professionally in every sense of the word.

Each time I contacted John he returned every call promptly. He communicated very well with me and several other parties that were involved to ensure completion. ( People that assisted with locking and unlocking buildings/homes etc) As well, he went out of his way to drive over an hour and a half for one of the 3 jobs (one way) with no additional fees. He was able to start this most current  job 2 days earlier than we anticipated which really assisted us with scheduling other contractors. The end result is the same each time. He is spot on accurate with his painting. Ii admit Im quite particular and I haven't been disappointed once.

You absolutely won't be disappointed with his workmanship, reliability and costs. We are so thrilled to have found a great painter. We were skeptical at first since the gentleman we used in the past retired. We were not sure we would be able to find someone we could count on. We are a property management company, and in addition to Budget Pressure Washing and Painting, they are now doing our pressure washing. They also do painting and they are great at sheetrock repairs. I'm a demanding customer and want the work done in a specific way.  My problem was that the quote was not specific enough to include all of the many details discussed.  As a result, there were a few misunderstandings, but to their credit, they did everything I asked.

"Although the water intrusion has stopped, which I give them full credit for, I was very disappointed in the finishing of the job. The pipe that takes the water from the house, was about 150 feet in length and went across the front yard, under the sidewalk and down towards the street. When they had finished the installation, friends remarked to me that the pipe was sitting above grade and looked like a long lump in the yard. When I contacted and spoke to John about it, he assured me that it would settle down and become level in a few weeks. So I waited, and waited and some of it went down, but there are still long sections that are not level with the yard, and looks like an obvious repair. I have called him and emailed several times and told him that if it were not fixed by end of last year that I would let others know via this review. I had thought of holding money back, but really liked and trusted him, so I did not. Now I wish I had. It's too bad. If he had just been professional enough to finish and do what he said, I would have given him a very good review.
