Hunter and his team (Dad plus a helper) did a great job of getting the house clean. They were courteous, professional, very timely with communications and on time. The results are fabulous. Everything looks great and this house is ready to go on the market looking it's best. Hunter had never sealed driveway cracks before after the wash, but was willing to give it a try. It came out great!

Mike and Hunter did an outstanding job. They arrived right on time and the entire job was finished within six hours! They really did a great job getting everything completely cleaned!! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality pressure washing services.

I found this wonderful company a couple of years ago online. I just wanted o say, if anyone needs pressure washing, they do a great job at a great price. We are a property management company, and in addition to Budget Pressure Washing and Painting, they are now doing our pressure washing. They also do painting and they are great at sheetrock repairs. If your wanting a great job, at a great price with someone who truly cares about pleasing their customer, you definitely want to call budget pressure washing and painting.

Communication was excellent. Made recommendations about stain color that would work best with our house and exterior. Did many extras like edging our driveway before pressure washing it! Mike was awesome and we would definitely use his business again in the future! Great company and honest people! Everything looked wonderful and we had no complaints!

Hunter was a gentleman and scholar throughout the process, great young man and passionate about his work and your satisfaction.
He was thorough in his communication and kept his commitment on timing and results. 
The next Monday we put the home on the market at 2:30pm and had a contract that night, the house, fence, driveway and sidewalks looked brand new, was a huge selling point to buyers of this 15 year old home that had never been cleaned outside. 
We had alot of algae build up on home and gutters, black stains on sidewalks and driveway and the fence was dingy gray, all looked brand new when Hunter completed the 8 1/2 job. 
Gave the guy a great tip for a job very well done that helped us sell the home so quickly. 
Give him and his company a try as you will not be disappointed, he is also bonded and insured.

The work was performed on time and care was taken to protect windows and doors from damage.  The appearance of the decks and staircases is excellent.  They've never looked better!

Mr. Padgett did a great job pressure washing various areas of our property.  Our house never looked better than when he finished cleaning our brick sidiing.  He would not leave until every area was inspected for quality work.

Mike and his crew were very professional, showed up when they said they would, and were very communicative throughout the multi-day project. They cleaned up after themselves, and really gave my house a complete detailing that left it looking like a brand new home. The final result was a lot more than I had expected, and we were very pleased with the entire process.

They did a GREAT job...I am very pleased with the results and will use them again!

We are at a loss for words to describe how happy we are with the outcome! The price initially was a little more than I wanted to spend, but when Mike described the scope of the project it became obvious that it was the right way to go. I could not believe the level of detail that their cleaning went to. At the end of day one I stood slack-jawed in disbelief that my old lumber could ever look that way again. The sealing/painting came out perfectly. If we maintain it as explained, the product is warranted for 10 years.

It is almost impossible to find quality of work like this in our day and age. The old adage remains true, 'you get what you pay for'. Lest you think we are well off, we are not. We live on a rigid fixed income, so when I spend it's only for value. This man delivers value plus. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Wow what a great job.Their work is by far the best I have ever seen.  I had used some one who was cheeper last time  and will never do that again. Mike and his guys did a thorough and total cleaning.  I like that they were insured and professional.  I highly recommend them ! Use them if you want a great job.

I contracted Budget Pressure Washing to pressure wash my house after observing the excellent job they did on my neighbors house. I was so impressed with the way they did their job that I knew they were the right contractor for me. I did not feel the need to contact other companies to see if I could get a "better" price as I am a firm believer that cheaper doesn't mean better and you get what you pay for. I think the price for my house was fair considering that the vinyl siding is quite high up as were several of the windows. Mike and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and worked nonstop until they finished the job to my satisfaction. They protected my landscaping and were very conscientious of any of my concerns of their solutions harming my plants. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

The  work was done over several days because of weather. In every case, it was done with professional care. The house has no more spiders or webs lurking, no more stains anywhere, my cement drive is white again. The front stoop has a cracked pot-shard design that is now visible thanks to their work. They even applied a special chemical to remove the ground-in red clay stains. It looks so much better.
Our old paint/stain on the deck had peeled and the wood was rough on the railings, so they powered off the old peeling paint and then sanded prior to painting, and applied the new color by hand instead of spraying in order to fill in all the irregular areas.
My house is surrounded by flower beds and I did suffer a slight amount of flower damage. I think it was inescapable because of the kind of hoses they use and I was impressed by the care they took to minimize the risk of flower damage. All we lost were 1 begonia and 2 small broken branches. I do not blame them for this and include this simply as information as to what might happen if your flowers are near the house as mine are.

The job went very smoothly, everything looked great.  Crew was very professional, Mike was on hand.  This company has done work for us at another house previously and they always do a fine job.  Very conscientious.

Mike and Budget Pressure Washing did a great job meeting and exceeding my expectations. I needed a quick turnaround on the work and they did that and also did an excellent job.  I found Mike and crew to be punctual, professional, courteous and thorough.

Just fine.  Mike and his crew arrived as scheduled, worked straight through entire day on Thursday.   They returned as planned Friday and worked to complete the job.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job pressure-washing our white house, back wooden deck, sidewalks, and driveway.  His crew moved all our furniture from our porch and deck, covered plants to protect them from cleaning chemicals, and replaced the furniture when complete.  We had some rough spots on the house where climbing ivy had left residue, and they got it clean.  I was also amazed at how clean the driveway was after they finished.  Windows were also clean and streak-free.
The only problem we had was some slight discoloration (yellowing) of grass immediately along the driveway, and in a couple of places in the yard where their equipment had set - from chemical runoff.  But not excessive, and it will recover.

Mike came over provided estimate and completed work of pressure washing as we had agreed upon. In addition, Mike stated that our chimney cap needed to be replaced along with repainting that particular side of our house (all of which he said he could subcontract out.) Following completion of pressure washing, replacement of chimney cap, and repainting of side of house we began to hear a dripping noise in the master bathroom (which is next to the chimney) while it was raining. We immediately called Mike, and he came over and said he didn't think it was anything to worry about. We had never heard this noise previously, so we continued to be very concerned. A few weeks later we called him again as we were still hearing the noise, and he said he wouldn't be on "our side" of town until the end of the week but would stop by then. I asked him to please call to let us know when he could come by, so that we could be home for him to check the inside of the fireplace as well as the outside. By the next week, we had not heard back from him and have continued to to contact him multiple times since in which he has yet to call us back. Thankfully, we happened to get subcontractor's name and number when he came to complete the job, and he has since come over and found a place that wasn't sealed (where the water was dripping inside the damper pipe) and fixed the issue. We do not feel that this was the subcontractor?s responsibility as we paid Mike several thousand dollars for all of the work.  We find his behavior and unresponsiveness to fix a small issue very unprofessional and poor business. Although his pressure washing company may make your house ?look? better we would absolutely NOT use him in the future or recommend him to anyone. 

My home is 12 yrs. old and had never been powerwashed (75% siding / 25% brick).  The siding was dull and covered with green algae, the red brick just plain dirty and my white gutters were a dark grey from all the roof run off. Our paver walkway which use to be cream colored was now covered with dark mold and and years of dirt from our renters dog. 
I found Mike Padgett on Angies List and after reading his reviews, I sent an email and he responded in less than 24 hrs.  He came to my home the next day and went over everything in great deal with me, gave me my estimate and told me to call him when I was ready.  I called him back on the 19th and he was back at my home on the 20th!  
Mike and his crew are very professional and thorough!  I wish I could post "before and after" pictures on here!  My house looks beautiful again!   And my paver walkway!  Wow!!!!  I never thought he would get it clean but he sure did!!!  Same with my gutters!  They just gleam!!!  And, my driveway and concrete walkway up to front door are like brand new!  My renters left my house (inside) a filthy mess!   I only wish I could have had him come INSIDE and powerwash it as well!   Seriously though, Mike and his crew did an EXEMPLARY job!   I plan on having him come back when the time comes for it to be washed again(*won't be another 12 yrs though!).  AWESOME JOB MIKE!!!!   Thanks again!!!!!!

Very thorough work.  They worked hard with a three man crew and took the whole day.. I am very satisfied with the work and although the price was a little higher than the competition, it was close enough and the workmanship was worth the little extra cost.
