Our experience with Eric at Home and Appliance Services, LLC was incredibly positive that I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review because I did not want his service to be overlooked. We hired Eric to repair a 6-month-old Thor range that runs on LP whose thermostat went out. Eric was easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions, gave me clear and transparent pricing, had simple scheduling and fast turnaround, offered a very reasonable rate (a little too reasonable so we paid him a little bit more than what he asked for), got our high end appliance working and was able to take electronic payment and send an immediate invoice/receipt so I could get reimbursed from the manufacturer since the appliance was under warranty. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing an appliance repair, especially if your appliance is under warranty. So glad I went with a small business for the job. Thanks Eric!
