While Charles ran the shop choosing to stay in Orangeburg, Freddy developed a name for himself in Columbia working for the glass industry leaders and owning his own glass shop. He has done electrical, plumbing, and built in shelves, especially at the mobile park. It is hard to find contractors to do the work, but he is available, affordable, and worth the money. He put in more time to get the job done, he was timely and made sure the project got done."

A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
