"Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new. He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. We have already booked him to redo our deck, repair vinyl siding and fix a couple more shingles on our roof. "

"Accubuilt handled everything from the beginning. He went to the townhouse, took measurements, and presented an estimate within the week. There was an issue with the building inspector after ordering the vinyl siding over the "color", of all things! We had chosen a pale green called Key Lime and the inspector had reservations until Lee made a special trip back (80 miles each way) and secured a sample for him. All work was professionally done and in a timely matter, weather permitting. The work area was kept clean as to minimize any annoyance to neighbors. Lee made several trips to make sure we were satisfied with the entire process and correct any minor item that we might find. While the weather was not very cooperative, Accubuilt continued to get the job done as quickly as possible. The entire experience was so good that we are now in the process of having Accubuilt remodel the entire kitchen. "
