They came out and reviewed the various things we needed to have done on our house. We discussed several things with them including installing vinyl siding and replacing our roof. In the end we decided to only do the siding now. But we definitely will have them back next year to replace the roof. Once we agreed on the work to be done, we scheduled to have the work begin the following week. They showed up on time, worked late and were done in just 2 days. They did an excellent job on the work and even did an excellent job in cleaning up after themselves. "
"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
