My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "When we called for a quote, Brandon showed up that same day. We had called another company and it took three days for them to come out and then a week to email the quote to us. Then on the quote ,we found out that they didn't do the installation, they sub it out to someone else. And their whole quote was 4000.00 more then Windows R US.
Once we decided to use Windows R US, Brandon and his father came out two weeks later and did the install themselves. It took two and half days to to do 28 windows.It would of only took two days if it had not started raining. They where very professional, cleaned up after every window installation. They would cut one window out and put a new one right then , didn't have any open windows very long. Very neat and clean looking on the outside of installed windows.
We would recommend them to anyone. We also had them come back and fix the siding on one of our over hangs."
