"Chris Neef called first within 3 minutes of my request and came over 45 minutes later and looked over the problem and recommended the best solution which was to replace the porch ceiling fan. He removed the old while I purchased the new fan and promptly assembled it and installed it at a super reasonable price. I will recommend him as he is extremely fair in his pricing and is a knowledgeable regarding electrical repairs. I can not say enough positive things about this person. Terry L"

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
