"Rooks did some really good and beautiful work for me (though the work was mostly actually done by a different lawn service) however the job that I paid for was never completely finished. 1st, no liner was placed under the pine straw as I requested and had ready to use, so within a week I had weeds growing back in my gardens. The edging never got placed. I actually paid someone else a great deal less than what was originally paid to Rooks to lay the edging. I also requested to setup maintenance and follow-up. Once they were gone, I have yet to hear from them.
I do hate it, because Chris and Gregg were very nice and good guys. Maybe just overwhelmed with work and quality failed a little.

"Our back yard had a large dog run built into the corner of the yard by the previous homeowner that had become overgrown with plant life. It was unused space in our yard and an eyesore! BJ came in with major equipment, removed the extra fence, and all of the vegetation. Now we have a nice smooth, clean area to utilize! It only took him a day and a half to complete the job. Fast, courteous, and definitely knows what he's doing."
