"The service was great! The father and son team arrived on time as scheduled. They spent about 2 hours thoroughly cleaning a rug that was heavily dirty with pet stains. They were only able to remove about 90% of the oder, but the visible stains on the surface were removed. As a caveat, this rug was really stained from dogs, so it would have been nearly impossible to remove all stains showing underneath. The stains had been in the rug for over two years. With that said, very pleased with the job done. Would definitely them!"
