Mecklenburg Chem-Dry

Quintan did an excellent job of cleaning our rugs; this time, he also cleaned our furniture: four chairs and one couch. We had an odor problem from our three small dogs, Quintan offered extra elimination spray for urine smells. Besides being a great guy with reasonable pricing, he does excellent work and is very detailed. The furniture and rugs came out smelling fresh and looking great.

We have an ancient carpet and you can step on it with new shoes and it shows dirt. I don't quite understand that but we will continue to use ChemDry until we can get new carpeting. 

Somebody in my household once called somebody that they saw an advertisement and they used water, and I was so upset. I have used ChemDry  ever since the first time I needed them and I will continue to use them forever.

Quentin did an excellent job both days he came to clean the carpets.  I originally requested two rooms be cleaned; however, as he was finishing up with those rooms, I walked through the rest of the house and found other carpets required cleaning as well.  Quentin walked through the house with me and said he could clean them and also put a special treatment on the carpet in the room where two cats mostly lived.  We set up another appointment for the following day and he completed the entire job professionally.  He was very helpful, prompt, and took great care when cleaning up.

The experience was good overall. The technician was very diligent, worked hard and stuck with the job. He stayed late to finish up, and did everything that I needed done. He had a good attitude about it. I’m happy with their services!

The work turned out better than I expected! I never had floor tile cleaning before, and I was extremely impressed with their ability to clean tile & the grout. It was a good experience.

The experience was good overall. I had some pet stains on the carpet that the technician was able to get rid of. He seemed to be knowledgeable, showed up on time, and even gave extra service. He was also great with cleaning the furniture. I’m happy with their services.

They did a good job. The technician was very thorough and friendly. He seemed to care about what he was doing and he explained to us the process. He was also good with working around our four kids and dog.

My scheduled appointment wasn't until 2:00 p.m. but he called and said he had a cancellation so he asked if he could come early.  When I scheduled my appointment, I stated that I have my family room and my master bathroom.  He told me that the walkway from my family room to the kitchen would count as an additional room because of the area.  He quoted me additional prices which was much more than the $99.00 that was quoted to me over the phone.  I stated that other companies have never counted that as another room and he still insisted on counting it as a second room.  He was very rude and mad with me because I was challenging him on the pricing.  I asked him how long he had been in business because there wasn't any labeling of his truck that he was an employee of Chem Dry other than the equipment he was using.  When he finished, he went outside.  I wondered what took so long for him to pack up and leave so I went outside.  He was using my water hose to clean off his equipment.  He never asked if he may use my water so I asked if I could charge him.  He wouldn't do a small area for me and then used my water which costs me.  When he used the water, it flowed back into my garage as well.  He didn't try to clean it out instead he told me that I was hostile.  He handed me an invoice and it still had $142 instead of $102.  I asked him to update the invoice and he had additional costs that wasn't disclosed.  He never mentioned the $8 charge for waste disposal and couldn't explain why he needed to charge that since he was washing the water and waste into my garage.  I ended up just paying the invoice.  I asked him for the plastic pieces to stick under the legs of my furnature and he didn't believe me when I asked for 30.  This gentleman was just very disrespectful to my home, my husband and myself.  He raised his voice multiple times at us and told us that he would never come back to our home again.

We had never had this kind of cleaning done before.  They use water in the process.  The work was a little expensive.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work performed. The owner, Quentin, was very professional. He took the time needed to complete the job right. There was a stain from my dog's bone (which had been their for a few years) he wasn't able to remove. However, this is within reason. I would utilize his services again.

QUENTIN DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB OF CLEANING OUR UPHOLSTERY AND CARPETS. HAVING 4 KIDS AND 3 CATS, WE WERE A HUGE CHALLENGE. QUENTIN WAS IN OUR HOME FOR HOURS, AND WORKED VERY HARD TO CLEAN EVERYTHING AS WELL AS POSSIBLE. HE TAKES A LOT OF TIME WORKING ON CLEANING, AND KNOWS HOW TO EFFECTIVELY FIX PROBLEMS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!
