He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. He was always there when he said he would be and called if he couldn't, When my sister died he helped us get her house ready to sell which included removing furniture, painting and repair work. When he was almost done painting we had bathroom sinks put in and the paint was messed up when they put them in. Reginald noticed this and took a picture and sent it to me and just fixed it of his own accord. He is a top notch professional does excellent work and I would recommend him without reservation!!"

"I bought this service on a Friday and they came on Saturday. They arrived at 10 am and were finished by noon.
I asked them to clean my porch and my sidewalk as well (this was not included in the Deal that I prepurchased) and he did that at no  extra cost.
