Great service. Very knowledgeable would definitely recommend to anyone 👌
"I highly recommend S&L! I received professional service and the customer service was exceptional! My house, driveway and patio look brand new! I’m extremely happy with the services performed!"
"Although they had to unexpectedly reschedule our agreed upon service date, the company compensated me for this with a 10 percent discount (which I greatly appreciated). They were on time and completed the job thoroughly."
"Excellent, Rick (project manager) laid out the plan and helped select the materials to be used. Starting the project from start to finish Rick and assistant Steve were meticulous about their work. They were very cordial and informed us of the project daily. The end result was better than we expected and is a beautiful extension of our back yard. My wife and I can't say enough good things about them."
"These guys are AWESOME! On time, courteous, outstanding cleaning. They made the rugs look new again. I can’t say enough at how pleased I am with the service. I’ve had multiple people through the years clean the carpets. I don’t need to keep looking for the best. I’ve found them."
Excellent service, scheduling the appointment was easy, I was given an angies discount, a very accurate estimate based on how many systems ,vents and returns my home has. 2 gentlemen came to do the job, very efficient and professional, explained the process to me and were very polite and respectful of my home, they cleaned up after they were done. One technician did a video on his phone of the vents being cleaned In order to show me what he saw while doing the Job. Really Above and beyond service.
Even though my home was new construction , there was a lot of dust and dirt unfortunately.
I will definitely use them again in the next 5 years.
We felt the difference in terms of quality of air, which helped with my sons allergies and breathing.
"We've used Quick n Brite's services many times and they've always provided a professional job. They care more about the quality of the end result rather than a rushed job unlike other companies. I highly recommend their services."
"Provider was very responsive. He emailed back very quickly and scheduled quickly after I made the "deal" purchase on Angie's list and called us back quickly after we reached out to him with a question. On the day of service, he arrived exactly on time, performed exactly the work we paid for, plus we asked if he'd put up a small length of gutter guard, which he happily agreed to for a small and reasonable upcharge. He did the work quickly, cleaned up thoroughly and was professional in every way. Will use this provider again!!"
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.
Sandblasting refers to the process of cleaning a surface using compressed air and aggregate. Soda blasting is the gentlest type of this method, but it differs from sandblasting that uses mineral or other aggregate, since sodium bicarbonate breaks apart more easily than other forms of blast media and, therefore, cannot be reused.
Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.
Your pro will most likely bill you at an hourly rate of $50 to $80 per hour to sandblast a door due to its small size. This type of job won't take long, so if you have other surfaces that need cleaning, schedule those tasks at the same time to get your money's worth from your pro's visit.
The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.
