"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Mike was very professional from the first phone call. He came that evening when he said he would to give us a estimate.
We originally called for a estimate on staining our fence front and back and after talking with Mike we also asked him to pressure wash the house. He came when he said he would and did everything we asked, he even went the extra mile and stained our yard swing the same color as the fence.
We were so happy with the job he did on the fence we then asked him to stain our deck, we had tried to stain it on our own last year and had really made a mess. He had to work really hard to get the stain off but he did a great job and our deck looks so good.
