"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"Kourtney and her team have been cleaning for me since January 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They are consistently reliable, flexible when needed, and always do an excellent job. It’s such a great feeling to come home to a spotless house. "The owner was prompt in responding to my special deal purchase and it was quick and easy to schedule our appointment. He showed up promptly, was was professional, thorough, and friendly. The gutters that met the coupon’s criteria were cleared. We are hiring again to clean the gutters that were higher (3-story) and more running feet than specified, and also to do wood rot repair around our home’s exterior that he noticed. The coupon was a good value for the work performed, and the quote on the additional work to be performed also is fair. We would definitely recommend this company based on the work performed at this appointment."

Barndominium Builders questions, answered by experts

Prefab sheds can be worth it, depending on your needs and goals. If you want to build the shed yourself or have a quick project turnaround, then a prefab shed will likely be worth it. If you want something more customized, then starting from scratch may help you achieve your goals better than a prefab could.

While it’s best to have access to large, healthy, strong trees in a safe position, treehouse living is still possible without them. Contractors can fit tree posts to build the structure onto or use posts as additional support alongside the trees themselves. If you’re in doubt about the suitability of the trees on your land, consult with a local treehouse builder before you start the project.

While sheds are most certainly helpful for most homeowners, unfortunately, sheds do not add value to a home or property in the traditional sense. However, if the home has limited storage or garage space, having a shed to store things like decorations or lawn equipment can certainly be a positive if you want to sell.

There's no simple answer to which is less costly: wood or metal-framed homes. In most cases, metal building components cost more than wooden ones, while entire metal buildings cost less than wooden versions. However, regardless of the exterior framing or structure, each must meet similar building codes. This means that the costs are about the same, even considering that wood will require more maintenance than metal over time.

The difference between a pole barn and a stick-built barn is in the construction. Large poles in the ground provide support for pole barns. For stick-built barns, 2-by-4 or 2-by-6 lumber (known as sticks) create a frame around load-bearing beams. Stick-built construction is far more popular for residential homes. Pole barns are more cost-effective because they require fewer materials and less labor.
