"Dylan did a fabulous job managing our window order, ensuring we had the right measurements and showing us how to use the windows and door. Diego, the crew leader, was polite and worked with us to move everything we needed away from the old windows. We are happy with our new windows! Home genius also installed our new roof and gutters. Each job was completed in one day including cleanup. They were careful to minimize damage to flower beds. Crews were on time, and minimized disturbance. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"The sunroom was better than expected and the windows were great on the first 11 on the original plan. However when we had it them come back to replace the last five the different guy took three days and still didn’t do a very good job. The original sunroom and 11 windows only took 5 days with only 2 pros who did a great job"
