Palmetto Enclosures was very fast and efficient. It only took 1 day to install vinyl windows in our patio. I would highly recommend them.

Everything promised was not done... And also after job was completed, the gutter that was taken down to do the job, was not put back correctly and hangs 3-4 feet off ground (spoke to company about problem before they left the site and was told that they would return). Made numerous attemps to contact via texts, calls, vm, and emails. Also allowed 4 months to return to complete the job, but once money was paid company went ghost.

We love our new screened room! Palmetto Enclosures did a great job! Professional & courteous service. They knew what they were doing and got the job done quickly and did little extras that we requested. Highly recommend them!

Palmetto Enclosure's job performance was outstanding. The workers showed up on time, finished the job a day early and were extremely neat when they left the area every day. We chose Palmetto Enclosures over other competitors due to price and owner David Adams seemed to be an honest contractor and offered a 2 year warranty on workmanship. The crew that built the replacement deck removed the old deck and replaced it with a larger 2 level deck. The build went fairly well with just a couple of minor issues that were resolved by the owner. It may have been a miscommunication. The deck was built in August 2017 and I decided to do a wash deck and seal in May 2019. That is when I noticed some issues that were due to workmanship. I called David Adams, spoke with him and even texted him pictures of the issues. I did not hear from him after that. At a Home & Garden show at Columbia Convention Center in January 2020, I ran into his daughter and other employees at their booth. We talked about the concerns, his daughter gave me her card with her cell number, and stated that she planned on being in Lexington area the upcoming week. After 2 weeks of not hearing or seeing her, I called her cell and left a detailed message, asking for a callback. As of this writing, it has been almost 3 months since speaking with David Adams' daughter and 9 months since speaking with David Adams, and still no response from anyone at Palmetto Enclosures. My recommendation is "buyer beware" although we are pleased with the deck, the workmanship warranty means nothing.

Very quickly! The deck looks great....however there were multiple things they did not do that were discussed. He told me he would install a ceiling fan and a wooden grid on the ceiling. neither of those were done. they also used nails on the entire deck so in a years time, the boards will start pulling up. my biggest issue...David tried to charge me $1500 more than the quoted price with no justification.

We have a 4 year old and an 18 month old grandson living with us right now, and safe outdoor space was desperately needed! Palmetto Enclosure replaced all but the foundation of our entire second story two level deck, all the rails and spindles to code, added a gate to match the rails, replaced/repaired the screened-in porch and door below, and braced up a portion of the foundation. We chose David and his team based on his understanding of what we needed, suggestions, and thoroughness at our first meeting, including examining the foundation of the deck (something the other contractors we talked to neglected altogether). Ken and his assistant were timely, professional and did a beautiful job. Jade was an added bonus, stopping by daily to make sure things were progressing the way they should and to see if we had any questions/concerns. We spent Saturday afternoon enjoying the fall weather with the boys on our new deck. David is a contractor with integrity. We highly recommend Palmetto Enclosure to you and your family!

David Adams and Palmetto Enclosure deserve an A+ grade. We appreciated how David listened to what we had in mind for our project and made suggestions for how we could improve on what we were planning. David’s quoted price included the use of premium grade deck boards that other quotes didn’t include and still beat their price for doing our job. The quality of work done exceeded our expectations. One of our neighbors is a retired construction manager. After looking at David’s completed work he commented that you rarely see this kind of craftsmanship anymore. I watched Steven and Chris, our installation crew, as they built our deck and patio cover and was impressed with how meticulous they were with their measurements and leveling. Not to mention their patience in answering a myriad of questions. We have two connected 19 x 16 decks with one having the patio cover. We could not believe the difference having the cover made. Shaded from the sun and dry when it rains. The insulated cover and installed fan make a world of difference in comfort on the hot days we’re experiencing. We’ve had rain one day since our installation and really enjoyed sitting towards the front of our deck listening to the rain on the cover while being within a few feet of watching it fall. If your deck isn’t covered, consider having Palmetto Enclosure construct one for you. I promise you won’t regret it.

David and his team of deck builders delivered everything we agreed upon and did so in a very professional, organized, and timely manner. They used quality building materials and applied quality know-how and craftsmanship throughout the project. Their planning and problem-solving ability was truly noteworthy. They were the hardest working and most efficient team of carpenters I've ever experienced. And I would like to add that they were fun to work with. Very quick turn around time from start to finish. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up, leaving the area clean. They even came back to fix a hole created by a bug.

David and his team were punctual from the job quote to finishing the install. They were great cleaning up and we were ready for our first weekend cookout for the summer. We had used Palmetto enclosure before at our old home in 2014. It was a larger project with the same great results. They covered a huge patio there and installed 3 ceiling fans. It was the first time in 6 years that we could use that patio during the summer.

Palmetto Enclosures crew did an amazing job at our church. Very professional and courteous from start to finish. Awnings look great and most importantly, keep our memebers covered when entering and exiting our building.

From concept to completion everything went fantastic. Palmetto Enclosure was very professional and stayed attentive to every detail. Even our neighbors commented on how well built everything was.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with projects we have had others to do. When he came to give us an estimate, David was punctual and had so many great ideas. He was very patient as we, mainly I, tried to make up our minds. We decided to have a screened porch added to our house over a brick patio we had just had built. There was nothing there so they built the screened porch from the ground up adding a ceiling and roof. David also added ceiling fans and electrical outlets for us. The work was started the day he told us he would start it AND exactly on time. The men who did the work were excellent as well. I never saw them take a break, rest, or stand around. They were two of the hardest working guys I have ever seen (outside of my husband). It has been almost 2 years and we are still extremely happy with our breezeway. It is my favorite part of our home. Even in the winter we sit out there a lot. During the Spring, Summer and Fall we eat almost all our meals there. I have recommended him to friends, and they have been extremely happy, too, with his work and his work ethics. Every time I enjoy my screened porch I pray for extra blessings for David and his workers. Thank you for a job very well done.

Excellent. Their crews are top notch. All materials used were of good to excellent quality. They removed existing cement squares and poured concrete to finish out patio. They installed 12 x 16 aluminum enclosure, roof, ceiling fan and screens. Very satisfied. Job site was thoroughly cleaned before they departed. We highly recommend this company ... very reputable and honest.

We had Palmetto Enclosure build us a new deck, approximately 20x26, and screen in an existing covered patio. The deck was built over the concrete slab of the patio and extended into our backyard. After we agreed upon the details, it was about 3 weeks or so before they started work. It took a team of 2 only 4 days to build the entire deck and screen in the patio. The gentlemen that came out to do the work were EXTREMELY polite, courteous, and professional and did a fantastic job on our deck. They made sure to clean up every day after they left, and did a final walkthrough with us when they were finished with the work. I would highly recommend Palmetto Enclosure to anyone who is looking for a quality deck, sunroom, screened in porch, etc. David and his team were extremely helpful and professional the entire time.

His crew is very professional and respectful.  Very trustworthy and no issues with them in the house.  They cleaned up every day and kept us informed of the project.  Highly recommend using this company.  Hard working and great work.
