"We had a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood. Mike Bauer was checking other roofs and we had him look at ours with his drone. He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner.
