Not only did he help me understand my problem more clearer and help guide me down the various routes I could take to remedy them, he quoted me almost 50% lower than most companies. After agreeing to the service, he was able to perform the service the following day to restore my AC. Upon arrival with his crew, I asked him how long did he think it would take. He said an hour.
