Called Ray's Plumbing because of a water leak in the house and Lowell came out that same afternoon and took care of the problem ! Very honest and fair price and quick to get the job "done right the first time", the only plumber that I will ever call or suggest to others ! Thanks Lowell

I have been using Ray's plumbing for many years. They always respond right away and take care of the problem. Always very courteous. Today they repaired frozen water line and replaced outside spigot. I've never felt the price was to high for the excellent work they do.

They are good. They are very professional and they are prompt. Right after we moved in our hot water heater blew up and they were right out, and it was like an emergency. They cleaned up everything and put a new one in, in the end.

We called Ray's to get an estimate to repair a water leak. They offered to come out the next morning and give us an estimate. They said if we were happy with the price, they would complete the repairs the same day!
They arrived on time, offered us an estimate, and got to work. The plumber took the time to assess the issue and find ways to minimize our costs. Rather than assuming he would have to cut into the drywall, he checked to see if the leak might be located behind the medicine cabinet. While we still had to cut into the drywall due to the leak location, he took the time to thoroughly assess our options.
He finished promptly. He did mention Ray's doesn't typically service the Greenwood area, but we will gladly pay an extra travel charge to have them do our work again in the future!
