He went to the thermostat and pointed to my problem. I had the fan on even though I had the a/c off. It's a new thermostat and it wasn't fully explained to me how to use it. He could have come back telling me I needed new duct work, etc. Finding someone that's actually honest in today's world is very rare. I had him go ahead and clean my air vents and dryer out. He is to be commended for his honestly that I told my neighbor and she called to schedule her vents to be cleaned."

After several times over a year of having HVAC techs from Clayton come out for a cooling issue, eventually the warranty ran out on the AC.
