Window World is the largest replacement window company in the United States. Stationed in Thunderbolt, Window World of Savannah, Georgia serves all of the areas surrounding Savannah. Because of our superior quality products, and the exceptional warranty guaranteeing them, our vinyl replacement windows are ENERGY STAR-certified and have earned the coveted Good Housekeeping Seal consecutively for the past several years.

"Had given a deposit for the window and it was to be installed within 6 weeks. On the 6th week I called and they said yes the window was in , when did I want it. The installer came the next week. Though he did a good job of installing my window I had bought new plastic brick molding which he cut backwards and had to rig in , I had also bought new plastic window sill 6' long enough for 2 windows. when he left he took all my materials and lost my check . I know they have many installers working for them , in my case ,with one window , I think they sent a good old boy and not a professional . The window does it's job , has ? a lifetime warranty and probably no one but me and a builder would notice the Brick Molding is on the wrong sides of the window . As far as my extra materials I just chalked that up to price."

Brock Construction prides itself on customer service and quality craftsmanship. We are licensed, bonded and insured. All of our employees have been background checked. Brock Construction is family owned and operated and strive to be the best at what we do.

"When you pay someone to install windows, you expect all parts of the installation to be completed! We hired this company based on a referral and theirs were done correctly. Our conversation was install of windows with us removing the existing inside window frame. They ASSUMED we would complete the windows. —- window casings and frames —- This was NEVER discussed and we were never told this was not part of their install price. Had we been informed, we most definitely would have requested that work to be done. When I questioned when they would finish, I was told they were not completing the project because we were. This was NOT written in the contract. If we had known they were leaving the windows unfinished completely on the inside, we would not have agreed!!! The owner called after his wife and I had worked things out and he was as far away from professional as you can get and he told me “they had more important jobs to do and would not be completing the job”. His wife called back and they did end up installing the casing and frames, BUT no caulking was done nor was I told it needed to be done to make the windows sealed correctly. Now we know why we have moisture on the inside of new windows when it’s chilly in the morning. After talking to other professional window installers, we have been told that that is part of completing window installations. We do not recommend using this company as long as John Brock is involved. If you do use them, we sure hope they do a COMPLETE job for you. Good luck!"

We manufacture Advanced Energy Panels (AEPs). AEPs are a retrofit for historic windows or any window people can't afford or don’t wish to replace. AEPs are interior window insulating panels and can be installed in any building –office, home or industrial. AEPs have a higher insulation and air sealing rating and provide greater comfort than most replacement windows, yet they are a fraction of the cost. AEPs are custom made to fit over existing openings, protecting, preserving and improving your existing windows.

Egress Windows questions, answered by experts

Most modern egress windows installed in basements open outward into a window well, although some older homes have in-swing windows. Egress windows, like casement windows used in other parts of the home, such as bedrooms and bathrooms, may open inward, and these windows are often larger than outward-opening windows.

New window installation costs range from $300 to $1,500 per window, depending on size, material, and energy efficiency features.

The installation process for your egress window project will span three days for three stages. On day one, excavation will occur. Day two involves cutting the foundation, and day three will focus on window installation and insulation. Remember that the number of windows you install will impact the days needed. Additionally, you may want a couple of helpers to help you speed through day one.

Absolutely! Egress windows are a game-changer when it comes to enhancing both the value and functionality of your home. These windows can unlock your basement's untapped potential, transforming it into a sunlit and inviting living space. Not only do they create a bright and comfortable environment, but they also prioritize safety by providing a secure exit in case of emergencies. In fact, the installation of egress windows is mandated by building regulations, highlighting their crucial role in ensuring the well-being and peace of mind of all occupants.

Egress windows provide emergency exits, increase natural light, and improve basement ventilation.
