They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

No surprises at the end of the construction job with big costs to the customer. I will do either a lump-sum contract with allowances or cost-plus contract. I am very easy to work with. We treat our customers like we would want to be treated. My job is to make sure your home is the way that you want it to be with the highest of quality. During construction, I will work with you on a daily basis to make sure that you are happy with the end result. After construction, I will be there for you if you need me. Use a roller with a high nap to paint into the textured dips and cover the raised sections of your walls without leaving any sections uncovered. After applying paint using the high-nap roller, you use a paintbrush to cover any missed spots. Applying two or three coats of paint using this method should provide plenty of coverage.

The answer depends on the garage door itself. If your garage door is flat, a roller is the fastest and easiest way to paint it. A combination of brushes and rollers is best for garage doors with designs or textures. The brush allows you to thoroughly paint all the grooves and angles while the roller speeds up the process on large, flat areas. 

You can test to see if your mist coat has worked by using masking tape after the drying period. Apply masking tape to an inconspicuous area of the wall after the mist coat has had at least 24 hours to dry. Then, peel off the tape. It should come up clear, with no paint residue. If it does have paint residue, you may need to remove the mist coat and try coating the plaster again with a different ratio of paint and water.

If you have the room prepped and ready to paint first thing in the morning, you may be able to paint a room in one day. Spackling, patching, and priming require time to dry before painting, so those steps will likely take you beyond the span of a workday. If you count the time it takes to prep, prime (if needed), and paint, the project will likely take a couple of days.
