"Adam and his team were a pleasure to work with on this project. Our Stone patio had been installed incorrectly 8 years ago. It was dry laid on sand/pebbles and not pitched correctly. Water over the years had infiltrated the base and sunk the patio, not to mention water pooling on top of the stones in certain areas as it wasn’t pitched correctly. Adam’s team dug up the entire patio, poured a cement base, cut and refitted each stone perfectly. The finished product looks fantastic and we are thrilled with the craftsmanship. Since the cement foundation raises the patio up several inches you can see the beautiful kidney deign of the patio. Adam also poured a concrete pad which he painted for our BBQ grill to rest on which gets the grill off the patio for more room. We would not hesitate to contact Adam for any new projects and highly recommend him!"
"Todd was easy to talk to, listened and helped with figuring out the best approach to accomplish what I wanted/needed. There was a misunderstanding on French door measurements to replace my existing faux French going into the living area, which resulted in the door I ordered from Lowe's being too small. Todd accepted responsibility for that though and I took care of coordinating for the reorder and exchange with Lowe's. If Lowe's had not messed up with the replacement - that hiccup would have been a minimal pain and delay. As it is though, a job that was started in October is just about ready to be completed in Feb. Two main factors - rain that wouldn't quit which caused a muddy yard that made it impossible for them to work AND the incompetency of Lowes. Overall, the finished room looks beautiful. One part of the porch was done with the windows, etc. and the other part was simply screened in. I raise butterflies and my object was to protect my caterpillars from predators and to keep bugs away in general. To help with that too, Todd suggested screening the length of the porch underneath (above the patio). I'm looking forward to the concept of being able to sit outside without getting eaten alive or battling other 'creatures' indigenous to this state (if you know what I mean)."
"My patio enclosure was installed the week of November 2022; it was actually finished in 3 days! From the measurement w/Dennis through the installation w/Mike, and final assessment w/John, I could not have had a better contractor, than Champion. An excellent team - Dennis, John, and Mike . . . I LOVE MY PATIO ENCLOSURE! Sandra D. Elgin, SC"

My name is Christian Hughes I am a proud owner of Good Ol’ Boys.\nWhen I first started the company I worked for many others over the course of many years and recognized countless mistakes that I have learned from. \nIf the service was good the communication wasn’t. If the work was done wrong the sell pitch was higher and so forth and so wrong! \nThe Good Ol’ Boys CO. Was founded due to people cutting corners and a couple of guys tired of seeing customers not getting what they deserved. \nWe do it right every time and the first time, because your time is valuable and so is ours. \nWe will always listen to the customer, give our advice and make sure everyone is happy at the end of the day. \nIf you ever need ANYTHING done Id Highly recommend to call us Good Ol’ Boys first, because if we can’t do it we know somebody that can. \nGod bless. A screened-in porch can add value to your home, with a potential return on investment (ROI) of 70% to 84%. The actual value added depends heavily on several factors. Climate is a major consideration; homes in warm, humid, or buggy areas (like the Southern regions) see the highest ROI. In colder climates, the value is diminished as the unconditioned space is unusable for much of the year. Other factors that influence the return include the quality of materials and construction, the size of the porch, and the local real estate market. While a screened-in porch can enhance curb appeal and attract potential buyers, it is not included in the home's total square footage for appraisal purposes.
In most cases, you can attach a greenhouse to any type of house. However, certain factors need to be considered, such as the structural integrity of the house, available space, and local building regulations. You should consult with a professional contractor or architect to assess the feasibility and ensure proper construction methods.
Sustainable materials and energy-efficient designs support greener construction options.
A sunroom will add more value to your home than a deck, but with a much higher up-front cost. Depending on its construction and function, a sunroom may be counted as additional living space, while a deck is strictly an outdoor feature. Both will increase your home’s value, but the sunroom will have a much bigger effect.
The average cost to enclose a patio to create a sunroom is around $5,000, and prices generally range from $3,000 up to $10,000. The price you pay will depend on the state of your patio and whether it needs repairs or additional structural support, the quality of the materials you choose, the size of your patio, and whether you plan to run utilities into and finish the sunroom. The price for a fully finished patio enclosure could run up to around $20,000, while you might pay just $2,500 for a screened-in porch.
