When I signed the contract, I was not informed of the 12 week lead time to install the windows. When I asked to cancel the contract due to this fact, the office manager was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. Every single contact with them has been rude and unpleasant. They have $1118.00 of a widow's money, I've tried to contact them, I've written reviews ... CRICKETS. NOTHING. This morning, they randomly show up at my from door. I explained to them that I didn't call them but maybe a friend that I had been complaining to about the situation could have. Upon investigation, she did; however, THEY did not call the number on the contract to confirm the appointment - if they did, they would have known that I didn't schedule anything for this morning, 10/28/19; and, that I most certainly wasn't going to give them anymore of my money due to the fact of the manner in which they've conducted themselves. So, they show up randomly, tell me to wait, they leave without saying a word. That's this company!!!"
