"Claudio and his team were wonderful! I had lots of questions for him while picking out the stone at the distributor. He always replied promptly. We were tight on the cabinet install due to need to install a steel beam. This required precise templating, and Claudio was able to understand the nuances of the measurements and template the stone perfectly! We had a dispute with the slab distributor, and Claudio went out of his way to accommodate us. He negotiated a credit with the distributor and took money out of his own pocket to ensure we were satisfied with our countertops. He offered us many options to ensure we were 100% happy with our new kitchen. I cannot recommend working with Claudio enough! He is a true gentleman and a wonderful person to work with! I would rehire him in a second!"

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
