I was able to quickly get in touch with Aaron, told him that my tenant has a small child, and while Aaron was on the road in RI, he made an effort to stop by the place to fix the issue that same night. It meant the world to me, let alone my tenant! Aaron is always easily reachable. If he doesn't pick up, he must be actively working and simply can't. I typically text him and he gets back to me very shortly. He has been my go-to guy and will remain to be for as long as I need HVAC services. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
