We did not want to proceed because we had to move an attached bookcase and heavy furniture. There was no problem with the company itself.
They are great. They are very flexible. I had a sick child, and they went out of their way to make sure not to disturb him. When they put my hardwood floors in they moved all the furniture and moved it back. It was like they were never there because they cleaned up so well after themselves.
