For moving we used Cunha Trucking & Moving Company. It went well. They worked very efficiently and there was no damage done to our property in the move. They placed items where we wanted them within the house.

They did their work from the minute they walked in the door till the minute they left.  It was quick and easy.  They were polite and they did everything I asked them to do.  I didn’t actually really have to ask them to do much and so it was great.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

My experience with Cunha Trucking was positive from the very beginning.  I called them on Wednesday and got moved on Friday, just two days.  The manager was very helpful and even called the day before to make sure we're still on.  They sent 3 strong men to move my heavy furniture, and they worked non-stop for 4 hours.  They wrapped my furniture in thick moving blankets, and the truck was big, but not too big.  The men were courteous and helpful, and we all got along well.  Thank you Cunha Trucking, and I would recommend them to others.

Met me punctually at designated location.  Professionally moved a heavy furniture set, using padding, etc.
Moved set into my home and set it up, moved other furniture into basement.  Not a scratch!  I did have to call to confirm the move, rather than the company calling me.

The crew (3) arrived on time. They moved very quickly. All furnitures were wrapped in blankets and handled carefully. At the new house they assembled the furniture properly, placed all boxes in the designated rooms. They did not waste any time. The whole moving process was done in less than 6 hours.

The two guys from Cunha arrived on time, loaded the truck quickly and carefully and were courteous and professional throughout. I was moving a small amount of furniture from RI to MA. They unloaded just as efficiently yet handled all my furniture with care. I got other quotes from larger companies which were much higher because I was crossing state lines. I give them an excellent recommendation - competitive price, reliability, professional and courteous service - they were great.

Cunha was short handed in the office so only gave a B for responsiveness due to calling back to voice messages I left.  Mr. Cunha always returned the calls.  The 4 man crew with 2 trucks showed up on time.  Were very mindful of the house and belongings.  Worked extremely h****** a hot summer day.  Moved everything asked and were always careful with handling of goods.  Price was approximately what was quoted.  Finished on time.  Definitely would call again if ever needed.

Best experience with a moving company I have ever had. I moved into a historic house on the third floor. Cunha arrived right on time.  All three movers were very professional, thorough and quick. I expected a 4-5 hour move and they had the entire move done in under 3 hours.  The hourly rate was extremely reasonable. Could not recommend them any more than giving Chris, Bob, Mike a triple A plus. Thank you so much!

Cunha Movers were incredible. They were prompt, they were fast, they were organized, and they left us with nothing to do but unpack boxes as they moved everything to exactly the room it needed to be in. They were friendly and jovial in spite of the fact my husband was finishing up the packing job as they were moving us out. They were efficient, affordable, and did an amazing job overall. I would hire them again without hesitation.

The movers were a pleasure to work with over the phone and provided a fair estimate for the move. We hired them based on the A rating on Angies List. They showed up on time for the move and were very professional. I was impressed how hard they worked!  All 3 movers were fabulous and I gave them a generous tip when they were complete. However that's where the good experience ends. The next day we noticed a tear in the center of our fairly new mattress/box spring. We also discovered 2 springs at the middle edge were damaged (popped out of place and no support). Some minor gouges in our newly plastered ceiling were also found. I realize these things happen once and a while and was still very pleased with the movers. Our contractor was still on-site, so he patches the minor dings on the ceiling for us. I immediately called Cunha to report this damage. The person I talked with (forgot his name) was very pleasant and took my information down but he mentioned I needed to talk to the owner (Ed) about this so he gave me his cell number. I was able to reach Ed right away and explained my situation. Ed said he would look into this and get back to me. The following week I had not heard back from Ed so I called him again and got his voice mail and left a detailed message. Another week went by with no returned phone call so I left another message with him. One more week went by so I called Cunha's direct phone number and reached Bob. I explained to Bob I've been waiting to hear back from Ed. I told him I was very happy with their service, but unfortunately accidents happen and some damage occurred during this move. I sent him pictures I took with my iphone and he said he would look into this right away and speak with Ed. It's now been another week (1 month since our move) and I still have not heard back from Ed or Bob. I realize they are very busy and on the road but a simple 5 minute return phone call would go a long way. If we finally get this resolved, I will update this review because everything was perfect until trying to get resolution on some unfortunate damage.

Originally, the total move was to be accomplished on one day, with delivery to 2 locations.  We packed all of the boxes ourselves and labeled them according to appropriate location.  When the move-in date changed for the 2nd location, short-term storage was also required.  They were very accommodating and willing to work with us as the plan changed.  The second move-in date was not settled until several days after the things were in storage.  We had a portion of the same crew for both parts of the move.  They were very careful and very nice to work with - nothing was broken or misplaced and there were only a couple of very small scrapes.  We would contract with them again without question and recommend them enthusiastically.

Chris, Bob & Mike were fantastic. They were extremely efficient, offered to grab some boxes and bags not part of the original scope of the project, didn't scratch or damage a thing, carefully wrapped our larger pieces and got it all done quickly and within the original estimated time and budget. I would recommend this company to anyone for a no hassle move. They were extremely pleasant to work with and worked really hard.

I've used them a couple times. I had an antique triple dresser, that couldn't make it up the stairs. They had to remove a window to get it into the bed room. They triple quilted it so it wouldn't get scratched. They even went to a consignment store for me and picked up the a sofa and love seat for me. They also went to a friends house and picked up some antique furniture. The workers were excellent.

I have used them many times. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a good job.

They provided all of the moving boxes for free.  They also put everything where I wanted.  If I wanted anything moved again, they moved it.  They were fine.

They were very professional and very helpful.  They arrived later than stated.  once they arrived however they got straight to work.  They asked all the right questions when moving boxes and furniture and they were very careful with all of it.  They took everything apart and then put it back together at the new house.It was an excellent serivec.  Be advised though if you decide to use them they charge from the time they leave there warehouse to the time they get back.  So a 5 1/2 hour job can turn into 7 1/4 very easily.  Overall they did an excellent job and that says alot because I am in the Military and I have moved approximatley 9 times.

The move was smooth and flawless. Three men arrived on time and started promptly. All furniture was taken apart and wrapped carefully. The crew members were all polite, pleasant and hardworking.  They went out of their way to be accommodating. Everything arrived without any damage. I had full confidence that they knew what they were doing and that my possessions would be handled carefully. I would recommend them without hesitation. Having had another mover five years ago with unsatisfactory results, I have a basis for comparison. Cunha was outstanding.

called Cunha based on Angie's list recommendations. I got an immediate quote and they were able to schedule my move 3 days from then, exactly what I needed! The guys called me when they got caught in traffic to let me know they would be late. Both men introduced themselves to me and were very friendly. The packout was done in an hour - I had TONS of boxes about ten pieces of furniture. They were quick and helped me break down the bed and a desk without any problems. We had two other stops to make, both of which went quicky and smoothly. The  had me out of the truck and into the new house in under an hour, with the entire trip taking 4 hours. I would definitely use Cunha again. Clean, friendly, professional and fast.

LOVED these guys!  So funny,friendly, hard-working, easy to communicate with.  They were kind to my kids and my 80year old parents.  When I got stressed, they calmed me down. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They were extremely professional, the workers were polite, friendly and nice. They didn't break a single thing, and had to deal with several very large items (fridge, triple dresser, stove) going up to the third floor. I would recommend Cunha Moving to anyone. A+ Service!

I think I spent about $1000 for their service. The job went very well. They were very professional. They didn’t dilly-dally or delay at all. They had three guys. I felt like they worked very efficiently and moved me in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, they did a really good job. I would use their services in the future too.
