"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

They were courteous and careful not to get any paint on the floors as they used drop cloths. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and were gone. Happy to have found this company. After posting my experience online review about my dissatisfaction with the work and job not being completed. We both agreed to stop the work (after one year)and Rich to send me a total of 5,000 for broken stone stairs and incomplete work. A check was sent by Rich for the additional 2,500 after my first review was posted online in September this year. Funny how that works. I also noticed that another customer had hired Rich to performed some work. Then like me Rich hired another mason to perform the work without ever finishing the job. Just like the other review Rich said he fired that person. Same story Rich told me. See a patten here, that odd or a common practice? Gave one additional star to my first review due to Rich Peavey sending the second check for 2,500."

"Landscaping Service Review ? Mr. Michael Mr. Michael is personable and good at presenting his services. However, my project experience was not satisfactory. After an impressive first day, during which I paid two-thirds of the agreed amount, communication stopped for several days. The work was left incomplete, with used mulch left on my driveway and weeds not cleared for disposal. He then proposed a revised plan that would require an additional $800 to complete the job. While others may have better results, I found the process unprofessional and disappointing. I recommend clarifying all terms in writing and proceeding with caution"
