He only responded after I had sent a text to find out where he was. It may be to late by than in the season. And like I said before its who gives me deposit first gets locked in for next available date.? This guy didn?t think I was even important enough to contact me and let me know; as for the deposit process he noted it?s a bold faced lie it was never discussed. DON?T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR HARD MONEY, HE PUT ME IN A TERRIBLE POSITION; HIRE SOMEONE ELSE."

After talking in over with Mr Wagner, we regrade, installed a concrete walkway with drainage and crushed stone to control the flow and direction of any future water events. Just had a storm come through and it seems to have solved the problem. Mr Wagner is a good man with knowledge and experience, and I would gladly hire him for some future projects I am planning."
