Once the other two guys came back with higher prices (one was over 50% more!?) for a worse shingle, we pulled the trigger with Southcoast. They showed up on time, with a polite crew, showed attention to detail, and a left a clean job site.  + -1 moreGreat - did a nice professional job. Even fixed some issues they found in the plywood and replaced the gutter guards while still completing the job on time. And did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

Southcoast replaced our roof prior to getting a solar system installed. The work was done professionally and in the single day they promised. The owner, Mike, was excellent to work with and very responsive on handling the minor issues that cropped up. The roofing team he used were equally professional and went about their work quickly and efficiently. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I would certainly recommend using this company.

I highly recommend working with Southcoast Building LLC. Both Mike and Roy were both very attentive to my questions and even when i requested changes or additional work, they made it easy to alter the project scope. My project specifically was funded by FHA 203K which they were able to accommodate no problem. Thank you to both of you!
