The scheduling process and communication leading to the appointment were both smooth and straight forward. Jay was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again. Ultimately it’s wasn’t a fixable problem due outside constraints, but the service charge was reasonable and compensated Jay for his time.

Jay Fo yes is great and always on time he make sure that everything is working prior to leaving we hired him and did a lot of projects in our basement and installed our generator will definitely hire them again

Jay was fantastic! He was professional and easy to talk to. When he came for the initial visit he explained the project and exactly what they would do. The other two guys that actually performed the work were so polite and meticulous! They installed recessed lighting and when they were through, I was amazed at the job they had done. It was a pleasure doing business with Mister Sparky!!
