"They cleaned the family room carpet removing stains beneath the recliners that looked like potential permanent stains. The stains were removed and the carpet looks great. They stretched the carpeting in three rooms to remove lumps. The work was professional and when they were finished, the carpeting looked like it was just installed. Great job."

"I had an appointment set for at least 10 days and many other appointments were made based on this one. I received a call on a Friday indicating they could not come on the Monday but could come on Wednesday. I attempted to change as many things around as possible. Very disappointed."

"Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. Great job team!"
