"The company showed up on time, gave me a quote we agreed upon and set a date for Tuesday 10/7. Today he was supposed to visit my home to stake out the job for Dig Safeget his 50% deposit. Knowing that I was scheduled for the work to be done, I ripped out 500sf of lawn out to prep for part of the work. Today he was a no show no call for our scheduled visit that he agreed upon. He only responded after I had sent a text to find out where he was. It may be to late by than in the season. And like I said before its who gives me deposit first gets locked in for next available date.? DON?T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR HARD MONEY, HE PUT ME IN A TERRIBLE POSITION; HIRE SOMEONE ELSE."

"He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"

They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
