"It went very well and as expected: Kevin took measurements, after I sent him photos of the project area. (He personally came in person for the measurements on a weekend. Very shortly thereafter, he communicated my options with photos from his past projects as well as coming in person, again, to explain everything (estimates with different options and variables about the project), how the events would play out in a timeline (e.g. demolition, forms in ground, leveling, any weather-related variables---that didn't pertain to this project---and what it would look like when he and his crew were done. Also, he informed me every step of the way on when the financial pieces of the project came together.
