"Excellent! Zuck painting has the most insanely fast and talented crew of painters. Everything was started and completed on the most rapid schedule I have ever seen. They said: "Your entire House will be done in three weeks" and I thought it was a joke, and they were completely done in 2.5 weeks. For context, we have a 3-story victorian wedding cake style house with lots of water damage, wood rot, and complex decorative molding. Everything was scraped down sealed and replaced within week 1, and by week two they were priming and painting. 13/10 amazing service for an unbelievable price."

"Exact exteriors did an amazing job. It took a little bit to get the windows from the manufacturer but once the materials were here the job was completed fast. The workmanship was very high quality. I was comfortable with all the workmen who installed new window new siding, new gutters and did a little bit of exterior painting. The house was very tired looking and now looks amazing. "We needed 300 square feet of parquet in living room and 200 square feet of oak flooring in bedroom refinished before new tenants arrived. They were last refinished 15 years ago and other than scratches and dull finish, they were in good condition. We sent Jason pictures of the rooms and indicated we need 4 coats of water-based polyurethane since there will be a newborn (do not want fumes and want the finish to last). He provided a prompt estimate at a good price and was able to meet our timeline (needed within 2 weeks). When the new tenants requested to move in a day early, I contacted Jason and he ensured the floors will be ready and dry in time. The floors in the empty house were done on Tuesday & Wednesday and were ready for the new tenants on Thursday. They cleaned up the dust from the surfaces and sent me pictures of the floors after they put on the last coat of polyurethane. The floors glisten with the new finish. They left the floor grates for the heating system in the rooms for me to pop back in since the finish needed drying before reinstallation. It took me about 5 minutes to put them all back in. We are pleased with the work from Square 1 and recommend that you consider them for floor refinishing."

"Overall, they did a wonderful job. The only thing that I wish was a little better was the trim around the front door. Never got to sand and finish off the trim around the front door. Other than that, they were always on time. They made suggestions for the stain on the side and back shingles and it came out beautiful. They were extremely pleasant and very neat. They did a wonderful job sanding and prepping the house for the paint, so a year later, it has held up very well, even with all the sun we get on the front of the  house. I would absolutely use them again and  I would definitely recommend them to others.
