We hired Mr. Koch to replace a few deck boards. We were very happy with the work he performed.

Mr. Koch was hired to expand our deck and replace the existing decking with Trex. We had several issues regarding the quality of the workmanship while the job was being done. The majority of issues were resolved.

Bob Koch was first to respond to my inquiry and first to quote. His was the best design for my odd size deck. He came within a few days and completed quickly and neatly. Highly recommended.

Wood had chunks out of it, 1/4 of the planks were already splintering as if 10 yrs old, he put the black stamps facing up (can not sand out for staining), railing post going to ground not even touching the ground and the list goes on. Many arguments about poor quality materials and workmanship. Owner was only there for moments. The person that seemed in charge said this when told the materials were of scrap quality; "he my boss i use what he buys, what can i do". BEWARE. We are pursuing this with the union.

Bob Koch and his staff did a fabulous job with remodeling my deck. They were very professional, skillful, intelligent, and reasonable. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Their work was second to none. Highly recommend.

We expanded the deck work to include some window replacement. Had a problem with the window delivery, but Bob kept us informed all the way. He completed the job according to our agreement in time and on budget.

Bob came out as promised and gave me a date when he would do the work. He returned as promised and got the work done per schedule.
