"Prior to selling our home it was suggested the interior be repainted. We contacted LTD and set a price and time frame which was extremely fair for both sides. "Jeremiah has done all sorts of work for us but the biggest job he did recently was painting the entire interior of our house. He did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and neat. Always punctual with excellent communication. There were certain spots that needed special attention, like cracks, which he expertly repaired. He is very pleasant and polite. However, dry-sanding is quicker because you don’t have to keep rinsing a sponge or wait for it to dry before painting.
