Inspectioneering, LLC is a Home Inspection company serving the greater Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. All inspections are performed by a nationally Certified ASHI Inspector. Our Inspector is a graduate of the American Society of Home Inspectors School at Cincinnati State Technical Community College for Home Inspection. He has completed an apprenticeship under a licensed Structural Engineer and has years of hands-on experience in all phases of the construction field, as well as performing home inspections. Also having been Owner/proprietor of a construction company, gives our inspector an advantage over most home inspection companies as far as knowing exactly what the client expects and actual construction experience. Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make and it is a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision. A professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. We truly enjoy assisting our clients in this process as customer service is our highest priority. Our inspection report is a computerized, reader friendly document which includes pictures taken at the property site as well as illustrations that help our clients to understand the condition of the property. In most cases, our clients are able to view the report at the end of the inspection or on the next day at the latest. We strongly encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection. You should feel free to ask the inspector any questions you may have during the inspection process. The inspector will point out deficiencies within the property and explain the cause of the concern. The inspector will also highlight the positive aspects of the property. Plus, we will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top working condition. He strongly advised against any interior drains for my basement, and he instead recommended an exterior drain called HydroBlox for my backyard. The estimate for the HydroBlox was $3,400. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future."

While Keystone's sales team does a great job selling their leveling service, delivery and scheduling are abysmal. It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "

"Clint remodeled my upstairs and downstairs bathrooms in 2019. I originally thought he had done a great job, but my naivety got the best of me. I brushed off things like paint splatters and runs (though he made multiple comments on the pride he took on his paint work), and tile not set flush or with even/consistent grout gaps (he blamed it on my old house w no right angles/flat walls or floors), but I didn't have a great frame of reference back then. Clint went MIA mid way through the project, ghosting me only responding after I reached out to the design consultants that subcontracted him. He said he had ran into health/family complications, along with other prior scheduled projects, but his lack of communication left me to wonder. He eventually returned but technically never completed my bathrooms, as he never finished the upstairs threshold. Worst thing was his choice of metal flashing for the shower pan. I just had to demo the entire shower due to corrosion and leaks to downstairs. "
