100% recommended? I think not. BEWARE - GET EVERYTHING in writing, down to the very smallest detail!! My advice for anyone trying to cut corners by hiring a small contractor (or ANY contractor for that matter), is to insist in a LEGAL, BINDING, DETAILED contract. I've reported him to the BBB, as well as to the Attorney General, both of whom have unresolved complaints on file, so if you are so unfortunate to have done business with him and gotten poor results, I strongly recommend doing the same. I've also taken him to the magistrate who ruled in my favor, but this individual has yet to pay the judgement, let alone the filing fee, so now I will be taking further steps in hopes of receiving the judgement I am due. Sadly, I allowed him and his crew to do two medium sized jobs and one very big job, none of which were completed as agreed, with the porch being the most egregious. Materials were substandard for the biggest job, which was waterproofing my basement, including rebuilding base

Erik and his team exceeded expectations!! Had EEC come in to reset a retaining wall that was starting to lean..... it was a challenging job since the retaining wall was close to an inground pool that was too narrow for a machine to dig out..... so Erik and his amazing guys did it all by hand in record time! They were extremely professional, always showed up on time, and very organized.... definitely great teamwork. The job was completed on time, on budget and turned out amazing! Thanks again Erik and team EEC and would highly recommend them!

They were so easy to work with, showed up on time for quote and job. Very professional. Reasonable price. Took the time to explain the project to me. Did an awesome job on rebuilding a new side porch for me. I would recommend them in a minute. Five stars for me

I was in a pinch where I needed some drywalling done, as well as our chimney that was leaning to be straightened/reattached. Erik reached out and is quick to respond. We were able to set up an estimate and start date rather quickly. The sooner the better for me in this case, which was perfect. Punctuality was great. Pricing was great. Erik and his team were able to knock out what we needed done quickly and efficiently, and the end results were exactly what I wanted. I grew up in a family of contractors, so I can sometimes be picky when choosing a contractor I haven't worked with. But after working with Erik, I would gladly reach out to EEC Contracting again if I ever need more work done in the future without a second thought. Thank you again for the great work!
