"Chris of CM Contracting contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment to discuss the projects.  He conveniently scheduled an evening appointment to meet with me.  We reviewed the projects and he offered advice on the door that would work best in my home.  When the materials were in, Chris contacted me to schedule an appointment to complete the work.  At the scheduled time he arrived promptly with an electrician and 2 others to complete the work professionally and promptly.  They installed a toilet, a ceiling fan with a remote, a hallway fixture and a bi-fold door.  They did excellent work, removed the old items and cleaned up the areas they worked in.  I just moved to the area and I am extremely pleased to find a contractor who does excellent work at a fair price. "They do a decent job. It is important that you know that their price quotes do not include removal of any debris or trash created from the job that they perform. You have to have to explicitly ask them to include that in their pricing to ensure it will be done. Also note that they are so busy that if they work on a project at your home that creates additional work that needs to be done, the owner will let you know that they will not be able to return to your property for at least three weeks to address it. Great pricing however."
