"Both chimney sweeps first of all were professional. Second, they told you what they would/were doing. With this they also supplied pictures of the flue and chimney. Third, they completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. "The prior chimney sweep said that the stainless liner was bad, even tho he admitted he couldn't get the cap off the chimney. I watched the gentlemen from A Sweep Above, and they took pictures before and after cleaning which indicated no problems with the lining."
