There install was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I were amazed at there professionalism and the way they kept the work area clean. When they were finished they made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the operation of the controls before they left. Clean up of the work area was spotless. Jeff Miller was our salesman. Jeff was on time with his appointments. He makes the decision very easy due to his professionalism and product knowledge. As far as the team leader that started the project, he was fired after 2 weeks on the job. Nice guy, just should not have been the lead due to inexperience. End result was very nice, but not without a lot of re-doing things. Sorry to say, I would not recommend using them with friends or family."
